Yes, you may add NCLL tickets to your purchase of an in-person conference ticket. Next Conscious Leader LIVE tickets are $397 each.

With the exception of the Fryday Friday Party, food is not included. We encourage members to visit the Hyatt dining options HERE or the (Copper & Steel Restaurant Menu).

Accommodations are not included in your ticket. We have a room block with an exclusive discount for NCLL conference attendees of $169/night. There are a few food options at the Hyatt Regency Frisco-Dallas, and a variety of options to eat within a few blocks of the hotel. All hotel rooms at the Hyatt Regency Frisco-Dallas will also have a mini-fridge available for your personal use. 
 

If you are unable to travel due to state, local, or national travel restriction of some sort, we will be able refund you with documentation of inability to travel. ✨✨ Refund requests will be handled on a case by case basis.

All refund and transfer requests must be communicated in writing to support@natalieehmka.com before start of event (November 5, 2021). Any refund or transfer requests received after that time will not be honored.

Please note: All in-person tickets are transferable to another person free of charge before start of event.

Wear whatever is comfortable—this conference is casual.  
 

We’d love to be your first conference experience. We know it can be daunting going somewhere new with people you don’t know. Our staff are there to make you feel welcome. There are plenty of opportunities to meet other attendees, including our Fryday Friday Party.

Client understands and agrees to hold the Coach harmless and not liable for any real or perceived Symptoms of COVID-19 or any other disease, illness, or condition, nor for exacerbating any existing Symptoms of any illness, disease or condition, and fully agrees to accept these and all other known and unknown risks of receiving Services from the Coach. And, similarly, Coach agrees to hold Client harmless and not liable for any real or perceived Symptoms of COVID-19 or any other disease, illness, or condition, as a result of participating in the in-person immersions.

Please note: 
The Next Conscious Leader LIVE Conference (NCLL) will comply with then-current Dallas,TX health and safety guidelines, and will help ensure the health and safety of the NCLL attendees. 

Masking will not be required indoors for attendees, but a reusable mask will be provided to attendees that request one at check-in, and additional single-use masks will be available upon request.

Hand sanitizer will be available throughout the venue.
